Or, if you'd like a fancier restaruant for a celebration, La Rosa Nautica (also in Lima) is absolutley beautiful (it's more expensive and smaller portion sizes, but it's a classic, high-end spot!)
That's for sure! Writing this made me want to go back to Peru asap! I haven't been to Peru's Amazon side yet, but I would love to go, especially to try the regional food there.

I have! It was surprisingly crispy. It didn't make my top 7 list but it's definetly a must-try, even if it's just for the picture (:
